For MSME suppliers
You have done the work. The money is 60 days away.
BZi Growth turns an invoice you have already raised into cash in your account, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your buyer pays on the same date they always would.
A real example, in rupees
A ₹10,00,000 invoice on an established mid-sized buyer, payable in 60 days. This is our standard product - you keep collecting from your buyer as normal.

Annualised, so you can compare it
-
Compare this against a bank overdraft, not against the monthly rate
Indicative. Your actual rate is set by the lending partner and depends mostly on who your buyer is, not on your own credit history. Every fee we charge is published here.
Can you use this?
This works when
- You have delivered the goods or completed the service
- The invoice is raised and accepted by your buyer
- Your buyer is a registered company, not an individual
- Payment is due between 15 and 120 days from now
- You have Udyam registration and a GST number
This does not work when
- The work is not finished, or is disputed
- You have already financed this invoice somewhere else
- Your buyer is a sole proprietor or an individual
- The invoice is already overdue
- Payment is due more than 120 days out
Your own credit score is not the main question. The financier is lending against your buyer’s ability to pay. A small supplier to a large, well-rated buyer will usually get a better rate here than on an ordinary business loan.
Your buyer needs a credit rating
The buyer must hold a current credit rating from a SEBI-registered credit rating agency. Financing is assessed on the buyer’s ability to pay, so this is what a lender prices against.
It is worth checking before you go any further: this is about the company that owes you money, not about you, and if they are not rated there is nothing to price against yet.
Not every rating is accepted. Whether a particular credit rating or credit report is acted on is determined in accordance with our terms and conditions and our internal credit policy.
What you need to have ready
Once, when you first sign up - and then only the invoice each time after that.
Once, to set up
- GST certificate
- PAN
- Udyam registration
- Cancelled cheque
- Bank statement
- Balance sheet and P&L
- Certificate of incorporation
- Memorandum of Association (MOA)
- Articles of Association (AOA)
- Board resolution
- Director KYC - PAN and DIN - if you have one
- KYC of portal users
Each invoice
- Invoice
- e-Way bill - if there is one
- Purchase order - if there is one
- Delivery challan / proof of delivery - if there is one
We read your e-way bill and IRN from the government portals directly, so you usually do not have to upload them.
How long it actually takes
Minutes
You upload the invoice
We check your GST filing, the e-invoice reference, the e-way bill, and that nobody else has financed this invoice. Usually done in under two minutes.
Hours to a day
Your buyer confirms
They get a link, click twice, and confirm the invoice is genuine and unpaid. No login, no account, nothing to install. This is the step that takes the longest, and it depends entirely on your buyer.
A few hours
Financiers bid
Banks and NBFCs on the platform see the deal and quote. You compare the total cost of each - not the headline rate - and pick one.
24-72 hours from upload
Money reaches you
It goes directly from the lender to your bank account. We never hold it. You get a Key Fact Statement setting out the full cost before you accept anything.
On the original due date
Your buyer pays
Nothing changes for them. Once the payment lands, the retention is released to you, less charges.
Before you do this, read these two things
If your buyer is a large company, TReDS may be open to you.
Companies above ₹250 crore turnover, and all public sector enterprises, are required to be registered on a TReDS exchange. If your buyer is, you can finance the invoice there instead. It is an auction, so the cost depends on the bidding on the day; it takes longer to set up and your buyer has to be registered.
How to check whether you are eligibleIf your buyer never pays, what happens?
On our standard product, you have to repay the advance. That is called recourse, and it is the single most important line in any agreement of this kind. We also offer a product where the loss is the financier’s - it costs more and advances less.
The difference, told as a story
