Sign and date the copy. The lender needs it for credit assessment.

Audited where you have them. Where a year is not yet audited, send the provisional statement and say so - we would rather have it labelled than wait.

KYC of whoever will use this portal

PAN and Aadhaar for each person who will sign in on the company’s behalf. One file is fine if it covers everyone.
