What we charge
The whole schedule, on one page: every rate, every fee, and what it is charged on.
The rate
Basis points per month, charged on the amount advanced to you, for the number of days until your buyer pays. This grid is indicative - financiers bid against each other on our platform and the quote you accept sets your real rate. It can come in below this.
| Your buyer is | Indicative rate |
|---|---|
| A large listed company or a PSU | 0.90%per month · 10.8% a year |
| An established mid-sized company | 1.15%per month · 13.8% a year |
| A small or newly-added buyer | 1.45%per month · 17.4% a year |

You get the money today. If your buyer never pays, you have to repay the financier.
If your buyer is registered on a TReDS exchange, that is another route. Financing there is an auction, so what it costs depends on who bids on the day rather than on a published rate. Whether it is open to you depends on your buyer. How to check whether you are eligible.
The fees
All of them. If a charge is not on this page, we do not levy it.
| Fee | Amount | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Processing fee | Up to 0.5% of invoice value | Every deal, and this is our entire revenue - the discount charge goes to the financier in full. The rate that applies to you is set by us, on your buyer’s credit rating - that is what we are standing behind - and on how regular a client you are. Your exact figure is on your Key Fact Statement before you accept anything, and nothing is ever charged that was not shown to you there first. |
| A large listed company or a PSU | Set on the day | Better-rated buyers pay less, and returning clients less again. Your figure is on your Key Fact Statement before you accept anything. |
| An established mid-sized company | Set on the day | Better-rated buyers pay less, and returning clients less again. Your figure is on your Key Fact Statement before you accept anything. |
| A small or newly-added buyer | Set on the day | Unrated or newly added buyers pay closest to the ceiling. Your figure is on your Key Fact Statement before you accept anything. |
| Onboarding fee | ₹2,500 | Once, when your account is opened - not per invoice, and never again. A returning client is never charged it twice. |
| GST | 18% on fees | Statutory. Charged on the fees above and shown as its own line, never folded into them. Interest is exempt. |
An onboarding fee of ₹2,500 plus GST is applicable. It is charged once, when your account is opened and verified - it is not charged per invoice, and it is not charged again when you come back. Every other line in this table applies to each deal.
Adjustments to the rate
- Long tenor. Beyond 90 days we add 0.10% per month. No TReDS platform goes past 90 days, so there is no published comparator for this - it is our own judgement, and we would rather label it than imply otherwise.
- Repeat customers. After 6 funded invoices we take 0.10% per month off. Also our own judgement, not a benchmark.
What we never charge
- No annual or membership fee
- No fee for an invoice that is uploaded and then not financed
- No fee to withdraw before you accept a quote
- No early settlement penalty - pay sooner and the discount charge is simply less
- No charge to your buyer, ever
Where these numbers come from
- Sources
- Checked against published rates from the TReDS exchanges and from Indian and UK factoring providers. The figures currently shown are from the pricing version “Launch grid - 28 July 2026”.
- The rate grid
- Set to sit inside the TReDS clearing band of 8-18% a year, above the lowest advertised TReDS rates of 4.75-8% - that is bank-funded, priority-sector paper an NBFC’s cost of funds cannot reach.
- The processing fee
- Indian factoring processing fees run 0.3-1.0% of the facility. Our ceiling sits below the bottom of that range.
Nothing on this page is an offer of credit. Your rate is set by the lending partner who wins your business, and the binding numbers are the ones on the Key Fact Statement you receive before you accept anything.
