For corporate buyers

What we show about you, and what we never show

This is the question that decides whether a buyer takes part, so it gets a page rather than a sentence in an FAQ. Below is the actual contents of the screen a financier sees.

What a financier sees

Only when your supplier has submitted a specific invoice on you, and only if that financier already has an approved lending limit on that supplier.

Your company name
The financier is lending against your ability to pay. They cannot assess that anonymously.
Your sector and turnover band
A band - "₹250-1000 crore" - not a figure. It drives the risk grade and therefore the rate your supplier is offered.
Your credit grade on our platform
Derived from public rating data and payment behaviour. Three bands, not a score we invented.
The one invoice being financed
Number, amount, due date, and the goods or service it covers. This is the asset they are buying.
How promptly you have paid that one supplier
An average in days, for that supplier only. It is the single most predictive thing about whether this invoice gets paid on time.
Whether you are above the ₹250 crore TReDS threshold
Because it is public law, and because it changes what we tell your supplier to do.

What is never visible, to anyone

Who else supplies you
No financier can list your suppliers, count them, or discover one through us.
What you pay anyone else
Prices, unit rates and commercial terms with other suppliers are never visible to anyone.
Your total payables, spend or volumes
We do not compute it, we do not display it, and we do not sell it.
Invoices nobody has asked to finance
A financier sees a deal only when your supplier submits that specific invoice and the financier holds a limit on that supplier.
Your bank balances or statements
We never ask you for them. You are not the borrower.
Anything at all, to a financier with no limit on that supplier
Access is scoped on the server. A financier without an active limit on the supplier cannot load the deal page, not merely fail to see a link to it.

One case where the answer is not a straight no

A financier can see how many suppliers they themselves already fund on you - for example, “you already fund 3 sellers on this buyer”. We show it because concentration risk is real: a lender with too much exposure to one buyer should know before adding more.

That number comes out of their own lending book, not out of your data. It counts only the suppliers that financier has already chosen to fund. It is not a count of your suppliers, it does not include suppliers funded by anyone else, and a financier who has funded nobody on you sees nothing.

We could hide it. We think a lender managing exposure blind is worse for you than a lender who knows their own position, and we would rather write this paragraph than have you discover the number later and wonder what else we had not mentioned.

What you control

  • Every invoice, one at a time. Nothing is financed on you without your confirmation on that specific invoice. There is no blanket approval to give and no standing consent to withdraw.
  • You can say no, without a reason. Declining a confirmation is a normal outcome, not an escalation.
  • You can ask us what we hold. Write to the grievance officer and we will tell you, in full.

The formal version of all of this is in the privacy policy. If the two ever disagree, that is a bug - tell the grievance officer and we will fix it.
